ARC 210 housing in the broadest sense
this project focussed on multigenerational housing scheme, incorporating students and the ageing population (or agile agers) together. the scheme has 9 two bed apartments 5 single storey and 4 duplex apartments to encourage choice and flexibility for students and agers alike. the concept was to create a series of streets that have semiprivate and public spaces on each level, with the heart of the building open to the habitants.
